*Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service. In order to do so we have updated our cancellation policy. Your appointments are very important to the Silvia Salon and Spa team. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we require at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.


A 50% deposit of the total service will be required at the time of booking for all appointments over $200. This deposit is nonrefundable for services cancelled or rescheduled less than ten days before the appointment date. Thank you for your understanding.
